Central South Carolina Mensa

Welcome to the Central South Carolina chapter of American Mensa.  The club normally meets the second Tuesday of the month at Grecian Gardens Restaurant in West Columbia.  You are welcome to attend, whether you are a member of Mensa or not.  We also have other events from time to time.  See our calendar.)

We normally invite a speaker from the community to speak on a topic of current interest each month at our meeting.  Come and join us for an interesting program, good food, and stimulating conversation.  We also often meet informally at concerts, sporting events, or local trivia contests.  Click on the links above to find out more about the club.

What is Mensa?

Mensa is an international organization for people who test in the top two percent for general intelligence.  Anyone is welcome at Mensa meetings, but to become a member you must either pass the Mensa test, or have a sufficiently high score on another recognized test.  See the Mensa site for more information.
